Starting as a university-launched startup, Morus has progressed through its R&D phase grounded in nutritional science and biology. Now, as our commercial products resulting from these efforts enter both domestic and international markets, we are stepping into a true expansion phase. From here, the management team will work closely shoulder-to-shoulder, striving to bring Japan’s nutritional resources to the world even more rapidly.”
Leads the comprehensive development of management foundations—ranging from business plan development and corporate resource management, marketing, and sales promotion. Drives business partnerships and overall alliance building, including domestic and international business and partner development across Southeast Asia.

Oversees broad R&D operations, including production partnerships with silkworm farmers, in-house silkworm production, mass-production research, research on converting silkworm materials into powder, product development, quality control, regulatory/export compliance, and IP strategy.

“In my nearly three years with Morus, I have gained hands-on experience across every operational aspect of R&D. While some areas directly leveraged my background in pharmaceuticals and food science, others required learning and building from scratch. I am confident that the knowledge and experience gained over these three years will serve as invaluable assets as I look at the business holistically from a management perspective. Going forward, I will work closely with our team to divide responsibilities effectively and dedicate myself to establishing a robust production foundation for Morus’s expansion.”
